FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
What does a web design agency do?
A web design agency plans, designs, and develops websites for businesses and organizations. Depending on the project, services may include UI/UX design, responsive development, ecommerce functionality, content integration, technical SEO setup, testing, and website launch.
How much does website design cost?
Our Basic Website Design package starts at $399 for up to 10 pages. Our Ecommerce Website Design package costs $999, while custom website projects are priced according to their design, functionality, integrations, and overall scope.
How long does it take to design a website?
A standard business website may take approximately 1–3 weeks, while an ecommerce or custom website may take 3–8 weeks or longer. Timelines depend on project complexity, content availability, feedback, integrations, and approval schedules. Confirm the estimated timeline before starting.
Will my website be mobile-friendly?
Yes. Responsive design is included in our standard website design packages. Layouts are structured to adapt to desktop, tablet, and mobile screens, and important pages and functionality should be tested before launch.
Do you design ecommerce websites?
Yes. We design ecommerce websites with product pages, category navigation, shopping cart and checkout functionality, and payment gateway integration. Additional features can be scoped according to your requirements.
Will my website be SEO-friendly?
We build an SEO-conscious foundation with logical page structure, appropriate headings, descriptive metadata, clean URLs, responsive layouts, and performance-aware development. Higher rankings are not guaranteed, and ongoing SEO campaigns may require a separate agreement.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. We can redesign existing websites to improve visual presentation, navigation, responsiveness, and user experience. We also consider existing URLs, metadata, redirects, and other SEO factors where applicable to help minimize avoidable search visibility losses.
Which platform do you use to build websites?
We recommend a platform based on your business needs, budget, and required functionality. WordPress and WooCommerce are suitable options for many business websites and online stores. Custom projects may require other technologies.
Do you provide domain and hosting?
Domain and hosting arrangements depend on the package and project agreement. We can help you select suitable services, but registration, renewal, hosting fees, and premium software costs are separate unless explicitly included in your proposal.
Can I update my website after launch?
Where the selected platform provides a content management system, you can manage supported content such as text, images, blog posts, and products. Training or ongoing maintenance can also be discussed.
Do you provide website maintenance?
Maintenance can be arranged separately. Services may include software updates, backups, security checks, troubleshooting, content changes, and performance monitoring. Scope and pricing are confirmed before work begins.
What do you need from me to start a website project?
We typically need your business details, target audience, preferred design references, service or product information, brand assets, required pages, functionality requirements, and domain or hosting details if available.
How many revisions are included?
The number of design revisions depends on the selected package and written project agreement. Revision limits and approval milestones should be established before work begins.
Will my website rank on Google immediately after launch?
No. Website design and technical SEO provide a foundation for search visibility, but indexing and rankings depend on content quality, competition, website authority, technical health, and search engine evaluation. Ongoing SEO may be needed for competitive keywords.
How can I get a website design quote?
